RETURN POLICY

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes there are reasons why a return might be necessary. Please read the following policies carefully before requesting a return.

WHEN CAN I REQUEST A RETURN?

You can request a return if you encounter any of the following issues:

  • The item is damaged or faulty
  • The item is not what you ordered

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

To request a return, please send an email to info@always-smiling.ch with the following information:

  • your name and order number
  • A description of the problem with the item
  • Photos of the item (if possible)

HOW ARE RETURNS HANDLED?

After we receive your return request, we will get back to you within 5 business days to discuss the next step. Please note that we only accept returns for items that have been returned within 14 days of receipt of the order.

If we approve your return, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item to us. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund or replacement (depending on your preference). Please note that we will not cover the cost of returning the item.
