1. Rinse the mouthpiece and your mouth with water.
2. Determine the current shade of your teeth with our tooth shade scale and note it down for later comparison.
3. Twist the gel pen until the whitening gel comes out and apply evenly to all tooth surfaces.
4. Insert the mouthpiece, bite down and turn on the device. It starts automatically in blue mode and turns off automatically after 15 minutes.
5. Switch to blue/red mode and let the device work for another 10 minutes before rinsing and checking your progress.
6. Refrain from eating and drinking for 30 minutes after the treatment.
